How do I sign up?
To join Anaesthetic Group and sign up for a profile page you must be an Anaesthetist. Click here to sign up now. Once you enter your profile details you will be taken to a payment page to complete your registration. We will then set up your profile within 1 business day.
What are the sign up terms?
There are no contract terms or activation fees. You can pay by Mastercard, Visa or Paypal. You can cancel at any time. Free and Trial plans are only available to Australian Anaesthetists. Pricing is in $AUD and billed monthly (a tax invoice is emailed with each payment). The price you pay on sign up is fixed for the life of your plan (no plan price increases).
Which plan should I choose?

What does Unlimited mean in your pricing table?
There is no limit on the number of completed questionnaires or forms you can receive (unlimited patient submissions).
Can you write my ‘about’ section for me?
Yes. We can also edit your profile photo. Just mention this on sign up.

Am I able to customise my Pre-Op Questionnaire and Post-Op Feedback Form?
Yes, Premium Members are entitled to free and unlimited customisations. We create you your very own forms.
How do I get started after sign up?
After sign up we will activate your account and email you FAQ information which explains everything you need to do to get started quickly and efficiently. Click here to sign up now. As a full service company we are also always here to help.
Do patients need a special code or to login to fill in my forms?
No. Our website has been set up to ensure it is as patient-friendly as possible.
Can patients fill in a form from their smartphone or tablet?
Yes. Our site is responsive and designed to be used on a smartphone, tablet or computer. Patients can also upload photos directly into the form.
Do I have to login to make changes to my profile?
No. We are a full service company. All backend, coding or HTML changes you require we do for you. Your plan comes with unlimited profile changes free of charge (and unlimited form changes for Premium users). Security of our site is paramount. As such only our Sydney based staff can administer and login to our site.
Do you have any Anaesthetist / marketing / efficiency tips for me?
Yes – when you join Anaesthetic Group you become part of our community where your success is our priority. We are a team who are constantly researching ways of ‘doing things better’.
Do you offer any discounts or specials?
Yes – if you refer a friend to our site you receive a 10% credit of their plan every month they are a paid member. Please ask your friend to mention your name in the referral box on sign up.
How do I receive post-op feedback as a report for ANZCA CPD points?
We will send your administrator your Post-Op Feedback summary report after you have 15 surveys completed. (For ANZCA CPD points there needs to be a minimum of 15 surveys per summary report and you need to meet to discuss the results). If you would like a summary report sooner just let us know.
What does my personalised email address include?
All our members receive a free personalised email address – e.g when patients email [email protected] the email will be forwarded directly to your own email address. You can choose what you would like this email to be on sign up. This email address is ideal to use on business cards or professional letters.
Can I have my own website name like drmyname.com.au?
Yes. A domain name is included free of charge for Premium plan members.
We set up everything for you including complimentary email addresses to match your domain (e.g [email protected], [email protected]) plus a catchall account where everything else (e.g [email protected]) will be forwarded to your chosen default email address.
Do you offer special packages for groups?
Yes. For groups over 5 members we can offer a group membership plan. We are also able to offer custom / white label branding. Please contact us for more information or pricing.
How do I get notifications of lists needing Anaesthetists?
You are automatically added to this list when you sign up for a Standard or Premium Plan. We will then contact you when Surgeons ask us to fill their regular and adhoc lists for your area. This is a growing component of our website and a completely complimentary service we offer (there is no charge for this to Surgeons or Anaesthetists).
Can I be sure my and my patient’s data is secure?
Yes. Our website has dedicated Australian servers using SSL Encryption and the highest level of security. When a secure form is completed on our website, the information patients enter is encrypted. Completed forms are promptly deleted from our servers. Only our Sydney / Head Office staff can administer and login to our site.
