Is there a limit to the number of questionnaires I can receive?
No. There is no limit.
Can I customise my questions?
Yes. Premium Plan members can change their questions as often as they like. We have unlimited levels of depth to questions available (responsive based on previous answers) and also allow complex questions, triggers, confirmations and notifications.
Can you help me make changes?
Yes. We are a full-service platform, meaning we handle all amendments for you. Regardless of your plan, these changes are included free of charge, as part of our service.
Can I have my own domain name?
Yes. All Premium Plans receive a complimentary domain name (e.g drmyname.com.au) and matching email addresses included.
What about security?
Anaesthetic Group implements best practices to ensure your patient data is safe. All sensitive information is transmitted over encrypted channels (TLS/SSL) and HTTPS. Our website servers are located in Australia. Also for added security we do not store any patient information on our hosting database or servers.
No. There are no setup or transaction fees with any of our plans.
Can I change or cancel plans?
Yes. All plans are available month-to-month with no long term commitments and no cancellation fees. You can change your plan at any time.
What currency will I be billed in?
Our pricing is in Australian Currency ($AUD), and includes 10% GST. A tax invoice is emailed after every payment.
What payment options do you support?
We accept Mastercard, Visa and Paypal.
Do you offer any discounts or special prices?
Yes. We offer discounts for groups of over 5 members. We also have a referral 10% discount available as a reward for telling others about us.

I’ve received more responses to my online questionnaires than paper versions. I have an avenue for collecting patient feedback. I can easily access all information at any time via my iPad and have reduced my paper load in storing and destroying confidential paperwork.
Anaesthetic Group makes the entire pre-operative assessment process more efficient by reducing/avoiding unwanted phone calls, and more convenient for patients as they can complete the questionnaire in their own time.

Before Anaesthetic Group I spent approximately 10 hours every week calling patients to ensure their anaesthetic and informed financial consent details were in order prior to their admission. Considering you need a private location to call patients, this was normally done at my home study, either during the working day if I didn’t have a list, or, more commonly, in the evenings. This was a frustrating experience, as it wasn’t always a convenient time to speak to the patient – many were busy at work themselves or simply didn’t answer the phone. In terms of work/life balance, imagine coming home from work to see your family and simply walking straight to your study to make the calls. When I was home I wasn’t really ‘at home’ – certainly not a happy work/life balance.
