2016 Patient Questionnaire Feedback Review

As 2017 appears over the horizon, it’s an ideal time to take stock of all that has happened in the last 12 months. As a team, we’ve made some remarkable progress. And this has all been thanks to invaluable feedback from our members and their patients.

We’re constantly looking for ways to polish our service, to add new features and to assist our members. This is why patients are prompted to leave feedback whenever they complete one of your forms.

Whenever a patient submits a form or questionnaire, we ask them if the site could be improved in any way. Ultimately, we know that this improves their perception of your service. Their site experience means a great deal to us. And we know it matters to you, too.

We’d like to share some of their feedback with you before the year is out, and to show you what your patients have been saying.

So far for 2016 we have had 3,188 patients complete the feedback form at the end of the Pre-Op Questionnaire:

  • 97.6% = 3,110 people = Loved the site and found it easy
  • 1.2% = 39 people = Thought the site was just OK or identified things we should approve
  • 1.2% = 39 people = Didn’t like the site
