Find an Anaesthetist As part of our service, we can find an anaesthetist for you. This saves you the time and effort of contacting multiple people, only to find that most of them are unavailable. It also allows you to concentrate your time where it is best spent – with patients. Our anaesthetist-finding service is 100% free of charge. Our site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We know surgeons are busy people, and so we make sure our service is as convenient as possible for you to use. How it works 1. Once you’ve submitted your form on our website, we’ll get in touch with our anaesthetists. 2. Once we’ve identified suitable individuals, we’ll get straight back to you with their details. If, in the meantime, we have any updates or questions, we’ll also be in touch. 3. You’re then free to discuss the list and other details directly with the anaesthetist.Surgeon / Dentist / Proceduralist Name:* Your Name:* Email:* Please Select:I am the Surgeon / ProceduralistI am part of the Surgeon's teamI am the Anaesthetist that usually does the listI am a hospital administratorOtherYour Role:*Phone:*Speciality:Hospital / Day Surgery Location:Date of Operation or Procedure:* Date Format: DD slash MM slash YYYY Time of List:*-- Please Select --Morning ListAfternoon ListAll Day ListSingle CaseUnder 2 hoursUnknown - please enter in details in comments belowType of Cover:*Once-Off CoverOnce-Off Cover with potential to become a Regular ListRegular ListOtherRegular List Description (optional):Every weekEvery fortnightEvery 4 weeksOtherAre you accredited for General Anaesthesia?*YesNoDo you have Anaesthetic machines?*YesNoWill the Anaesthetist have their own dedicated Anaesthetic Nurse?*YesNoDo you expect "Twilight" anaesthesia to be provided?*YesNoExtra Information or Comments:(e.g. please advise an idea of cases on the list, billing arrangements and the expected start and finish times)How would you like to be contacted (select all that apply): Telephone call Email Text message/SMS CommentsThis field is for validation purposes and should be left unchanged.
