We rely heavily on patient and anaesthetist feedback to tell us when we’ve got something right, and to show us what we could improve. So far for 2015 we have had 1,960 patients complete the feedback form at the end of the Pre-Op Questionnaire with 93.9% loving the site. Read their comments here..

It seems like only yesterday we were excited to see what this year would hold. Now, it’s almost over it’s the perfect time to check see what we can improve. So far for 2014 we have had 439 patients complete the feedback form at the end of the anaesthetic Pre-Op Questionnaire and over 90% have LOVED the site and found it easy to use. When patients filled in your preoperative assessment health questionnaire the uploaded files were previously only sent as a link to download. We have now changed these anaesthetic questionnaire files to be sent with the questionnaire email.
In order to reinforce to patients that the information they provide will guide the clinical decisions you make, a ‘disclaimer’ has been added to the anaesthetic questionnaire. This disclaimer has only been applied to Standard pre-op anaesthetic questionnaires.
