Pre-Op Forms – Update: Billing / Payment Option

There is a more recent update to our Standard Plan’s Digital Anaesthetic Questionnaire. To see the latest updates, please visit anaestheticgroup.com.au/digital-anaesthetic-questionnaire/ or try our Standard Plan’s Questionnaire Demo here.

We always say that we love feedback, and we really mean it. One of members, Dr Thilla, recently wrote to us:

A few patients have given me feedback about the question about payment within the generic questionnaire.
As a number of my patients pay for their care as a fixed fee through the surgical practices, they would like to have a selection of “already paid” within that question.

And what a great idea!

Why didn’t we think of that?! And what an easy fix it is. Within 2 business hours the change was up on our site, tested and ready for patients.

The “Would you like a quote or estimate of the Anaesthetic Fee pre-operatively?” question has been adjusted to include a new “N/A – I have already paid the anaesthetic fee” anaesthetic billing / payment option:

anaesthetic billing payment option

And if the paid option is selected, the “Preferred method to pay Anaesthetic Fee?” question gets removed and a new question “Please advise payment details here” gets added:

anaesthetic billing payment option extended

How to get this anaesthetic billing option changed
