- For all other changes, the simplest way to contact us is to reply to one of our emails. That way, we immediately know who you are, and can set about making your changes right away.
Why can’t I login to change the details myself?
For security reasons, we handle all amendments on our site. The security of our site is paramount, both for us, and for our members. Only our Sydney staff have access to the backend of our website. To ensure the integrity of members’ pages and documents, and the data captured by our site, we don’t allow anyone else to login.
By working this way, we can maintain continuously high levels of security – something we take very seriously indeed. It’s also one less username and password for you to remember and protect!
How long does it take for you to make the changes?
No time at all. Your changes will be effected usually on the same business day, within a matter of hours.
Is there a limit to the number of changes I can have?
No. There’s no limit to the number of changes you can make. You can update your profile daily, weekly, or monthly if you like. At the beginning of your membership, it’s likely that you’ll want to make a few tweaks – please don’t hesitate to ask.
