Never Miss a Form: Add Us to Your Safe Senders List

It’s important to ensure you always receive your pre-op forms and our important communications. The best way to guarantee this is by adding our email address to your “Safe Senders” or “Allowed Senders” list in your email program.

Why should I add you to my safe senders list?

By adding us to your safe senders list, you help ensure your pre-op forms never go to your junk or spam folder. This means you’ll always receive your pre-op questionnaires and any other important updates we send.

How do I add you to my safe senders list?

The steps are simple and only take a minute:

1. Find one of our recent emails in your inbox
2. Right-click or tap and hold on the email address (the “from” field)
3. Select “Add to Safe Senders” or a similar option (the wording may vary depending on your email provider)
   • Gmail:
     1. Click the three vertical dots near the smiley face icon, select Filter > From @anaestheticgroup.com.au > Create filter > select “Never send it to Spam” > Save
     2. If you ever find our email in your spam folder, click “Not spam” and mark our address as important
   • Outlook:
     1. Click the settings (gear) icon in the top right corner > View all Outlook settings > Click on Junk email > Under Senders, go to the Safe senders and domains tab > Click + Add safe sender and add @anaestheticgroup.com.au > Save
     2. If you find our email in your junk folder, right-click our email, choose “Never Block Sender”
   • Apple Mail:
     1. Go to Mail > Preferences > Rules > “Add Rule” > in the From field, add @anaestheticgroup.com.au > in the actions dropdown, select Move Message and Inbox > Save
     2. Add our address to your contacts
     3. Open an email from us > Click arrow button (like forward) > Click “Categorise Sender” > Select “Primary” > Continue / Save
     4. Drag our email to your inbox (if it’s in Junk)
