I haven’t received your test emails
If you haven’t received our test emails, please let us know by filling in the form below, call us on 02 8078 6118, or reply directly to the sign-up email we sent you.
I received your test, but not mine
If you received our test to your @anaestheticgroup.com.au email account, but then you emailed yourself at your @anaestheticgroup.com.au and it didn’t work – Did you send an email from your existing email address? By this, we mean the email address you signed up with, such as a Gmail account.
If you did, Gmail will automatically move the email to your sent mail. As the two accounts are linked, and it knows you sent it, it will classify it as a sent email, rather than a new, incoming, email.
The best way to test your account, is to have someone else send you an email from a completely separate account.
How can I test if I’m properly set-up, by myself?
If you want to test, yourself, that everything is properly set up, you can do this by visiting your profile page, and following these steps:
1. Click on “Send a Message”, and send yourself a test;
2. Click on “Pre-Op Questionnaire”, and complete your form;
3. If you receive both instantly, your account is working as it should.*
* Very occasionally, if there’s an unusually high amount of traffic on our site, or we’re running an update, your email may be queued. Usually, this queue lasts less than 20 minutes. If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact us at any time.
