If you have a technical question, please include as much information as possible. Ideally, if you can include a screenshot of the issue you’ve encountered, or, better still, a video of your computer screen, this will very helpful. You can capture a short video of your computer screen using your smart phone or a free online service such as Screencast-o-matic.
We’ll also need to know whether you have a Windows PC or Apple Mac, and which web browser you’re using.
