My name is Timothy Stavrakis

I am a Specialist Anaesthetist. I am a fully qualified medical specialist in the field of Anaesthesia. I have been specifically trained in this area for over a decade. As your Anaesthetist, my sole responsibility is to ensure your safety well being, and to optimise this experience.

My areas of expertise include:
1. anaesthesia for major abdominal surgery, including operations on liver and pancreas
2. obstetric anaesthesia
3. anaesthesia for transplantation
4. anaesthesia for eye surgery

In order for me to better understand your specific anaesthetic needs and requirements, I would appreciate you taking time to fill out the pre operative questionnaire. This may have already been requested from you by the hospital, however for completeness, I would prefer you answering this directly for me. The information you provide is invaluable in helping me optimise the anaesthetic for you. For your peace of mind I can assure you that the information you provide is completely secure, seen only by me and deleted after your anaesthetic is given.
