About Dr Smith
Dr Simon Smith is a rural generalist anaesthetist and emergency doctor and has been providing anaesthetics since 2017. He is accredited at Peel Health Campus and Waikiki Private Hospital. He is actively involved in airway management and rural emergency medical education. A former military and humanitarian doctor, he is now an active member of the Australian Medical Assistance Team.

What do you need to do?
Not all anaesthetics are the same. Therefore, to provide you with the safest and most effective anaesthetic, it is essential that Dr Smith has your full medical and surgical history. In order to assist with this, Dr Smith requests that all patients complete the Pre-Op Questionnaire.
