His goals are to help you through your health care journey, and ensure you are safe and comfortable during your experience.

What do you need to do?
Not all anaesthetics are the same. Therefore, to provide you with the safest and most effective anaesthetic, it is essential that Dr Duncan has your full medical and surgical history. In order to assist with this, Dr Duncan requests that all patients complete the Pre-Op Questionnaire. It will assist him in customising a specific anaesthetic for you, given your overall health and the procedure you will be having.
