As an Anaesthetist, Dr Nathan Kershaw is a medical specialist who helps you through your operation. Dr Kershaw is a New Zealand doctor who is officially recognised as a consultant in the specialty of anaesthesia. Dr Kershaw is also a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists.

What do you need to do?
Dr Kershaw will usually phone you on the evening before your operation, after reviewing your full medical and surgical history. He will let you know when you should arrive, what medications to take, and when to stop eating & drinking.
