About Dr Martin LEE
Dr Martin Lee has been providing Anaesthesia since 2012. He is accredited at Geraldton Health Campus, St John of God Hospital Geraldton, and Carnarvon District Hospital. He is actively involved in medical education and has keen interests in ultrasound guided nerve blocks and ECHO.

What do you need to do?
Not all anaesthetics are the same. Therefore, to provide you with the safest and most effective anaesthetic, it is essential that Dr LEE has your full medical and surgical history. In order to assist with this, Dr LEE requests that all patients complete the Pre-Op Questionnaire.
