About Dr Kalyna Harasymiv
Dr Harasymiv studied postgraduate medicine at the Australian National University and initially trained as an anaesthetist in Canberra and NSW, before moving overseas in 2016 to complete subspecialty training in trauma critical care and paediatric anaesthesia and aeromedical retrieval in Canada, the United Kingdom and Sweden. Dr Harasymiv returned to Australia in 2019 and currently works as an adult and paediatric anaesthetist throughout the ACT. Dr Harasymiv is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists.

What do you need to do?
Not all anaesthetics are the same. Therefore, to provide you with the safest and most effective anaesthetic, it is essential that Dr Harasymiv have details of your medical history. Please complete the Pre-Op Questionnaire. Following review of your questionnaire, Dr Harasymiv may contact you to further discuss specific issues.
