My name is Dr Jessica Smith, and I am a Specialist Anaesthetist who will be working with your surgeon for your upcoming procedure.

About Dr Smith
Studying medicine at the University of Newcastle, I have trained for 20 years to be officially recognised as a consultant in the specialty of anaesthesia, and I am a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists. I work as a specialist anaesthetist at Sydney Children’s and Prince of Wales Hospital, as well as various private hospitals throughout Sydney. I also work as a retrieval specialist with CareFlight. My areas of interest include Paediatric Anaesthesia, Trauma, ENT and Neuroanaesthesia.

What do you need to do?
Not all anaesthetics are the same, and it is essential that I have your full medical and surgical history. Could you please complete this short Pre-Op Questionnaire so I can provide you with the safest and most effective anaesthetic tailored to your needs. For your peace of mind I can assure you that the information you provide is completely secure. If I have any follow up questions I may phone to discuss specific issues. Otherwise we can discuss the particulars of your anaesthetic on the day of your procedure.
