Dr Jane Li is a Specialist Anaesthetist who will be working with your surgeon for your upcoming procedure.

About Dr Li
Dr Jane Li is a Senior Specialist Anaesthetist. She completed her anaesthetic training in Auckland, New Zealand, and Perth. She provides anaesthesia for a wide range of surgical specialties, including neurosurgery, vascular surgery, ENT, obstetrics, gynaecology, orthopaedics, urology, plastic surgery, ophthalmology, and procedures performed in the cardiac catheterisation laboratory.

With experience in paediatric intensive care and paediatric aeromedical retrieval, Dr Li also provides anaesthesia for children. Her professional interests include airway management and education, regional anaesthesia, and peri-operative transthoracic echocardiography.

Dr Li is a Conjoint Senior Lecturer at the University of Newcastle Medical School and the founder of the International Airway Management Society.

Dr Li will tailor your anaesthetic to your individual needs, ensuring that you receive safe, personalised care throughout your anaesthetic journey.

What do you need to do?
Not all anaesthetics are the same. Therefore, to provide you with the safest and most effective anaesthetic, it is essential that Dr Li has your full medical and surgical history. In order to assist with this, Dr Li requests that all patients complete the Pre-Op Questionnaire.
