About Me
I am a medical doctor with over 20 years of postgraduate experience. As a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists, I am a qualified Specialist in the field of Anaesthesia.
What You Need to Do
Every patient is unique, and to provide the best care possible, it is essential that I have your complete medical and surgical history. Please take a few moments to complete the Pre-Op Questionnaire, which should take no more than 15 minutes of your time. If you are going home on the same day as your procedure, please ensure that a responsible adult accompanies you and stays with you for up to 24 hours, as this is a mandatory standard of care.
Anaesthetic Costs
You will be notified of the estimated Anaesthetic fee before your procedure. I am registered as a 'known gap' provider with private health funds, which means there will be an out-of-pocket expense or 'gap payment'. If you are self-funded, uninsured, or not covered for your procedure by your private health insurance policy, I will provide you with an invoice and payment options in advance.
