My name is Dr Chetan Reddy, and I will be your Specialist Anaesthetist for your upcoming surgery.
I have gained my Medical qualification in Australia. I have achieved my Specialist qualification with the Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists. I have been practicing as a doctor for over 10 years now, and currently have appointments in a range of public and private hospitals in New South Wales.
Why do you need someone like me?
As an Anaesthetist, I help you throughout your operation. An Anaesthetist is responsible for continuously monitoring the status of your heart, lungs, and general requirements during your operation. Our role is also to deliver medications, fluids, and other needs that your body requires during your procedure.
Alongside your surgeon, your safety is our priority.
In order for me to better understand your specific needs and requirements, I would appreciate you taking the time to fill out this pre operative questionnaire. The information you provide is very valuable in helping me decide the best anaesthetic plan for you. For your peace of mind, I can assure you that the information you provide to me is completely secure, seen only by me, and deleted after your procedure has been completed.
I will be sure to contact you by phone prior to your procedure to discuss what the anaesthetic will involve and to go over any concerns you might have.
